  • Rule 25 and Comprehensive Assessments to determine need for and assist with access to treatment
  • Access to the Consolidated Chemical Dependency Treatment Fund (CCDTF)
  • Facilitation of treatment placements
  • Care coordination services
  • Client advocacy
  • Civil commitments

DWI Clinic

The Carlton County DWI clinic will be held at the meeting room of the Carlton County Transportation Building in Carlton, MN.  The address of the Carlton County Transportation Building is:  1630 County Road 61, Carlton, MN.

Sign-in and registration is at 6:15 pm on Monday night.  The program will run until about 10:00 pm.  Tuesday night hours are from 6:30 pm until 10:00 pm.  You need to attend both nights.  

The fee is $100 and is collected at the door on the first night of the clinic.  Check or money orders only - no cash.   Please make checks or money orders out to:  Arrowhead Regional Corrections.  If you do not pay, you will not be allowed to attend the clinic.  You need to attend both nights.
