regulations for that portion of
Carlton County, Minnesota, outside
the incorporated limits of cities
and villages in accordance with the
provision of Chapter Numbers 105,
115, 116, 394, the Minnesota
Statutes, as amended, to promote the
health, safety, convenience, and
general welfare of the inhabitants
by dividing the County into zones
and regulating therein the uses of
land and the construction of all
structures with a view to
encouraging the most appropriate use
of the land in the County.
