Requests for Public
information on individuals
or for specific reports, can
be made in person or in
writing, by either faxing or
mailing the request to the
Sheriff’s Office. The
request must have the
full name and date of
birth of the individual
the public information is
requested upon. Requests for
specific reports will only
be given out if there is a
final disposition (case is
closed) on file.
Fees for record requests are
one of the following:
$19.50/hr (employee
time)
.25/page (if employee
time is less than 1
hour)
No
charge if less than 20
pages
