Perform wide variety of tasks
relating to the support of
public health and human services
programs. Client contact and
some home visiting required.
Include, but not limited to
processing long care program documentation (Data entry,
calculations, data and file
management for completeness and
accuracy, tracking, problem
solving, communication with
clients, providers, health plans
and care coordinators).
Monitoring program compliance
and compiling needed
information. Provide assistance
to the case manager/case
coordinator in carrying out
administrative activities of the
case management function.
Participates in interagency
committees and other duties as
assigned.
SALARY:
$19.73
- $24.17 per hour
MINIMUM
QUALIFICATIONS:
HS graduate or
equivalent, plus three years
clerical/accounting experience
which includes public contact,
keyboard and 10-key data entry
experience. Human
services/community services
experience preferred. Must have
the ability to organize and
coordinate job activities; to
accurately and rapidly process
detailed information; have
demonstrated the ability to work
positively in a team environment
and function constructively
during conflict resolution.
