Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be opened in the Carlton County Auditor’s Office at 3:00 pm on October 27, 2011, and be considered by the Carlton County Board of Commissioners on November 8, 2011, for the purchase of the following described County-owned property (zoned residential 2-3 units or vacant land):

Lot 17, Block 14, GREYSOLON FARMS FIRST DIVISION OF DULUTH. (010-2010-03710)

East Half of Lots 13, 14, 15, and 16, Block 14, GREYSOLON FARMS FIRST DIVISION OF DULUTH. (010-2010-03670)

 EXCEPTING and RESERVING the right to one-half of the water from the spring located on the East half of Lots 13, 14, 15, and 16, in Bolck 14 Greysolon Farms, First Division of Duluth for  the use of the owner of the Westerly half of said Lots 13, 14, 15 and 16 in said Block 14, in said divisions.

 Bids may be mailed or be delivered to the Auditor / Treasurer’s Office in the Carlton County Courthouse, Carlton, Minnesota 55718, up to the time of opening.  No bids will be considered for less than the appraised value ($ 70,000) and the County Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids.  Payment for this property must be received within forty-five days of the Carlton County Board of the Commissioners’ acceptance of the bid or the next highest bidder will be awarded the sale of said parcel at the bid offering.
